    PROBLEMS, OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES OF WOMEN ENTERPRENEUR (CASE STUDY IN WOLKITE TOWN)

    This research presents the significance of woman entrepreneurs and their participation in the overall social and other entrepreneurial issue in wolkite town. The study would be expected woman entrepreneurial participation in social and economic sector is low. In addition to this, it is also found the general factors that affect woman entrepreneurial participation and its significance in the formula sector. The study is not found only this objective but also found to know the general problem, prospects and challenges of women is operation of their activity in the town. For the analysis of the problem simple tools such as, percentage would be used. To accomplish the research objectives, the researcher would be used both primary and secondary data. Generally, the study may help to initiate the policy makers and other interested party to carryout detail investigational the area the major recommendation suggested, solving the unbalanced problem of women entrepreneurial participation in economic, social and other sector of the economy
