Microbes are ubiquitous and live in familiar settings such as soil, water, food and animal intestines as well as in more extreme setting such as rocks, hot springs and deep-sea vents. The yare essential component of the biodiversity as they account half percent of the living biomassofthis planet. Bacillus species are a source of proteases, having a long history of applicational environmental bioremediations, food and detergent industries and currently this enzymehasdif erent role in medical and dif erent industries. The objective of the present study was toisolateand characterize protease producing bacteria from sludge wastes collected fromZebidar beerfactory. The proteolytic activities were determined by blood hydrolysis. The isolated bacteriawere characterized by morphological and biochemical methods. The morphological appearancesof isolate were varied in color, form and margin. The isolate were gram positive short rod and long rod. The strain SL-E1, SL-E2, SL-S1, SL-S2, SL-M1, SL-M2 of the isolate were positive for biochemical test of TSI, catalase, VP, MR, motility. From the isolates the sludge sample at thneed was show better performance to produce protease enzyme. The isolates were positive results for citrate test. The highest proteolytic activity on blood spot was obtained at optimum temperature of 370C and pH 9This temperature and pH was expectation. Bacillus species from the Zebidar beer factory waste soil sample could be alternative for industrial and comma racialize. The isolated types of microbes need to be fully characterized using molecular techniques.
