CHARACTERIZATION AND APPLICATION OF FERRITE MATERIAL
(wolkite universty, 2024-09) FIRATOL AHIMED; FEREFEN TADESE; GABI HASSEN; GEMECHIS TAREKEGN
The material characterization of ferrites includes the investigation of crystallography, structural morphology, chemistry (identification of chemical constituents, chemical composition, and their distribution), thermal properties, magnetic properties, and electrical properties. IN this study, the main focus of the present work is to review synthesize nano magnetic particles of different ferrite (AFe2O4, where A represent Zn, Co, and Mn). The ferrite nanoparticles were effectively prepared by sol-gel, hydrothermal and chemical co-precipitation technique. The XRD analysis affirmed the pure phase development of cubic spinel structure with nanometric crystallite measurements of the powder XRD analysis revealed the high purity and single phase of the zinc ferrite sample average crystallite sizes are 21 nm and 27 nm for the zinc samples annealed in air atmosphere at 300 °C and 600 °C.and the calculated crystallite size was found to be 14.33 nm for cobalt, 27 nm for zinc ferrite and the particle size was calculated as 23.53 nm for manganese ferrite. Finally, Cyclic volta metric analysis, Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy, Energy dispersive X ray analysis (EDAX) and liquidity coverage ratio (LCR), dielectric behavior ,frequency and proportion of highly liquid assets are not included in this study. Therefore, this will be considered in future studies to further enhance the understanding of the ferrite material.
