    Administrative decentralization seeks to redistribute authority, responsibility and financial resource for providing public services among different levels of government. It is the transfer of responsibility for the planning, financing and management of certain public functions from the central government and it is agencies to field units of government agencies, subordinate units or levels of government semi-autonomous public authorities or corporations or area wide regional of functional authorities.Thus this study aimed to assessing on the role of administrative decentralization practice the basic variables of public service delivery manifestation as analytical framework in Woliso town. Accordingly the paper is intended to answer same basic questions, what are existing institutional framework adopted to implement the principle of administrative decentralization in public service delivery how could be explained the practice of fundamental principle of administrative decentralization in public service delivery in Woliso town.
