    AN ASSESSMENT OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION( THE CASE STUDY OF WOLKITE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS

    The research deals with assessing conflict management in Wolkite University, college of business and economics. The research focuses on identifying and clarifying the source of conflict and conflict management. The study used descriptive type of research design. The method used to collect data from employees is census. The secondary data was the main type of data used collected through using internet. in this research secondary data was collected by books and internets used to the study. To conduct this research all 75 employees of the organization are fully participated in the study The finding of the study includes that the organization have conflict management method, it gives possibility to reduce conflict in the organization, All the data gathered from secondary source ( internet, journal, and organization published articles) were used to give finally, conclusion and suggestion
