    THE ROLE OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION IN RESOLVING CONFLICT (IN CASE OF WOLKITE UNIVERSITY)

    Effective communication is crucial element in our lives and it is the basis for organizational objective achievement .Moreover, as it is known quality of communication is has a direct impact on the quality of relationship. This is why effective communication is crucial. The research would find out the method of resolving conflict by using effective communication and its effect on organization in case of Wolkite University. The purpose of this study is to assess the role of effective communication in resolving conflict. The literature review enables to understand the various concepts regarding about different communication type and about different conflict in different organizations. The researcher would develop questionnaires both open ended and close ended questions to collect primary data and use different document to collect secondary data. The study would be conducted by collecting data from 91 respondents those are selected by using simple random sampling from 1059 total population by distributing questionnaires. The data would be organized by using descriptive and quantitative method.
