ABDI NASIR SEID2024-04-042024-04-042022-05When we are working within a diverse workforce it is essential to manage the workforces because it ensures that employees are aligned with the overall organization aspiration. In case of Ethiopia most of the researches on this research topic are mainly focused on business organizations. But the objective of this study is to examine the effects of workforce diversity management on employee performance: in case of selected public organization sectors in Butajira city administration. The data was collected using questioners distributed to 286 respondents and used software package for social science (SPSS) for analyzing it through descriptive and explanatory research design. The result of the study shows that all independent variables (age diversity, gender diversity, ethnic diversity and education background diversity) have a positive effect on of employee performance.
