Achamyelesh Maschal2025-06-202025-08https://rps.wku.edu.et/handle/123456789/46296The main purpose of the study was to assess the major forms factors affect effective communication between principals and teachers at secondary and preparatory school of Teppi town. Here, the method of investigation of the study was as follow: the study was used the simple random sampling method to select 71 teachers respondents and a valuable sampling technique to select 9 leaders and 1 CRC supervisor and finally a total of 81 respondents. The data were gathered through two different sets questionnaires, and interviews; the techniques of data collection are researcher by itself and the data obtained from respondents were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by using table in percentage. Consequently, the main analyzed and interpreted findings was summarized as follow: the forms of communication factor those leaders to sharing simple information with teachers and the leaders ability to receive and give information on effective communication and experiences of leaders and teachers affects the school activities; the answers that couldn’t be provided for the questions of teachers on time affects the relationship between them; despite the effect.
